Verso’s Home Run – Episode 6
What started as a bit of a disaster ended up being pretty good. I couldn’t hear anything in my headphones so didn’t think I was on air. I was……… That lasted 20 minutes so I edited that bit out. All that’s left is 100 minutes of radio rather than the usual 120. I think we got away with it

Craig, or Wiggy as he’s colloquially known, was this week’s guest. Whilst most guests come on to promote their wares or to push for causes they believe in Wiggy had nowt. That didn’t stop him being a top notch guest.
Those that know him would know how worried I was that he’d do or say something outrageous whilst live on air. He didn’t, he was a consummate professional. We chatted about his time as a drummer with 2 local bands:- Counterfeit and The Preservatives as well as his love for his family, cooking and generally having a good time.
Sexy Cartoons was a topic we both enjoyed and Wiggy gave his opinion on the top ten which was created by users on my Facebook and Twitter accounts. We discussed our favourite TV as well as championing the unsung heroes of Felixstowe. The show ended up with Wiggy confessing to hoodwinking the deputy head of Orwell High.
Three years ago Wiggy grew his hair and coloured it Yellow and Green (NCFC) to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of his cousin Steven Hogarth who died of the disease in 2017. The JUSTGIVING page is still active so if you would like to donate then please go HERE
Here’s the version of WHILE MY GUITAR that we discussed on the show
